Introduction:

The School of Entrepreneurial Engineers is a non-profit organization committed to transforming tech talents into successful startup founders and contributing significantly to the Tunisian startup ecosystem and economy. As part of our ongoing efforts to support and enhance entrepreneurial and technical skills among software engineers, developers, and tech specialists, we are seeking to engage a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter on a contract basis.


Positions Overview:

The Senior Recruiter positions will play a pivotal role in planning and executing key project initiatives designed to foster team, startup success as well as innovation. This role is critical in driving our mission forward by refining the startup development process and ensuring our teams are supported and well-managed.


Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Quality Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of the current recruitment strategies and processes used for the cohort to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement.

- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of the entire recruitment cycle, from initial job postings to the final hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.

- Talent Quality Evaluation: Assess the qualifications, skills, and overall fit of the trainees recruited in the current cohort, determining the impact on the program’s outcomes.

- Feedback and Learning: Compile and analyze feedback from recruitment stakeholders (including interviewers, managers, and new hires) to identify successful practices and areas for improvement.

- Recruitment Planning: Develop and refine the recruitment strategy for subsequent cohorts based on insights gained from current assessments, focusing on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of hires.

- Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting diversity in the workplace and planning initiatives that foster an inclusive environment.

- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that reflect the dynamic needs of startups.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Recruiter/HR roles within tech startups, with a solid grasp of HR Analysis

- Strong ability to analyze and interpret insights related to recruitment processes and outcomes, with proficiency in recruitment reporting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interviewing skills, capable of effectively articulating insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Proven track record in managing recruitment projects from conception through execution, including stakeholder management and strategic planning.

- Ability to identify problems, analyze potential solutions, and implement changes that enhance future recruitment effectiveness.

- Deep understanding of Human Resources practices and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships within and outside the organization.

Contract Details:

This position is offered on a freelance basis for a duration of 3 months, with potential for renewal based on performance and project needs. More information on request.
